Search and filters
Ask the archive a question, not a filename
Filters cut the archive down to what you need: by title, by person, by kind of certification, by date range, by folder. Search then goes deeper, reading inside the summary written for each certification and inside the transcript of what was said, so a phrase spoken in a call comes back as the item that contains it.
You remember the detail, not the file it lives in. That is the part the archive should handle.

Captures taken in the field are plotted where they happened: an inspection, a delivery, a site visit, a survey across a region. Open a point and the certification behind it comes up with its report id, so where something happened stops being a claim and becomes a coordinate.
Points group together when an area is dense and separate as you zoom in, which is how a hundred captures taken over a season stay readable.
