Certified evidence for claims, inspections and disputes

TrueScreen seals photos, videos, statements and documents at the moment of capture, with digital signature, location and certified timestamp. Claims teams, adjusters and brokers work on a file that holds when it is challenged.

Why it matters

Where a claim file breaks

Invisible while the claim runs smoothly, decisive the moment someone contests it.

Insurance Europe estimates detected and undetected fraud across the EU at around €13bn a year: most of it never reaches the standard of proof needed to act on it.

01

Capture happens where you are not

Most loss evidence is produced by someone else: the policyholder, a repairer, a witness. It reaches the file through email or a messaging app, already separated from any verifiable record of the moment it was taken.

02

An altered file looks exactly like an authentic one

Editing tools and generative models are ordinary equipment now, and file metadata can be rewritten in seconds. No visual inspection separates an authentic photograph from a modified one with any certainty.

03

The challenge arrives months later

In court, in arbitration or under audit, the question is never what your adjuster remembers. It is what you can demonstrate: that this content existed, in that place, at that time, and has not changed since.

Bring proof into the claims process

We work with insurers, adjusting networks and brokers to certify evidence where it is created: in the field, in the app, inside the systems that already run the claim.
