Certified evidence for quality, service and supply contracts

TrueScreen seals photos, videos, statements and documents at the moment of capture, with digital signature, location and certified timestamp. Quality, service and procurement teams work on records that hold in a dispute.

Why it matters

Where a quality record breaks

Between a supplier, a customer and an insurer, the party with the weaker documentation pays for the defect.

The EUIPO and the OECD estimate that counterfeit goods accounted for 4.7 per cent of EU imports in 2021, around 117 billion dollars. Proving that a product is the one you actually made is now part of quality management.

01

The evidence is produced by the other party

A defect photograph arrives from a customer, a repairer or a distributor, through email or a messaging app, with no verifiable record of when and where it was taken.

02

An altered file looks exactly like an authentic one

Editing tools and generative models are ordinary equipment now. A damaged component, a serial number, a delivery condition: each can be modified without leaving a visible trace.

03

The dispute arrives at the end of the contract

Warranty claims, penalties and supplier disputes are settled months later, on documents. What counts is proof that this content existed, in that place, at that time, and has not changed since.

Bring proof into quality and service processes

We work with manufacturers, service networks and procurement teams to certify evidence where it is created: on the line, on site, at delivery.
