Choose how certain you need to be about who is signing
A supplier confirming a delivery and a client signing a five-year contract do not need the same proof. The signature method is set per document, and it is what turns a click into evidence tied to a person.
One-time code by SMS or email
The signer receives a code on a channel that is already theirs, and enters it to sign. The signature is bound to that number or that address, and the whole exchange is recorded.

Forensic biometric video signature
The signer records a short video reading the statement out loud, face and voice included. The recording is captured with the same forensic procedure used for every other piece of evidence, and stays attached to the document.

Signing without an account
Whoever has to sign opens a link and signs from the browser on the device they already have in hand. Nothing to install, no account to create, no support call to explain how it works.

Consent
Nothing gets signed before it has been read and accepted
The weak point of a contested contract is rarely the signature itself. It is the claim that came before it: that nobody pointed out that clause, that the annex was never received, that the terms arrived after the fact.
- Every document is placed in front of the signer. Terms, annexes, privacy notices and any file you attach are opened and accepted in the signing process, not sent separately by email.
- Clauses that need approving on their own get their own consent. Limitation of liability, jurisdiction, automatic renewal: the clauses Italian law requires to be approved separately, under art. 1341 of the Civil Code, are ticked one by one.
- Each acceptance is recorded as evidence. Which text, by whom, at what moment. All of it is written into the signed report, next to the signature it belongs to.

More than one signer
A signing process that waits for people, without stalling
Contracts are rarely signed by one person in one sitting. Someone is travelling, someone signs from a phone at seven in the morning, someone has to approve before the next one can start. The process holds the document open until the last signature arrives, and shows you where it is at any moment.

Either each signer waits for the one before, or everyone signs in parallel. You choose per process, and you can change who signs before it starts.
Different steps for different people

A signature travels further than the country it was made in. What makes it stand anywhere is the same thing: being able to show who signed, exactly when, and that the document is the one they saw.
Advanced electronic signature under eIDAS
The signature meets the requirements the eIDAS Regulation sets for an advanced electronic signature, and it is recognised on the same terms across the European Union. Under eIDAS, a signature cannot be denied legal effect in court for the sole reason that it is electronic.

A qualified timestamp on every signature
The moment of signing is fixed by a qualified timestamp, not by the clock of the device or the metadata of a file. From that instant the document is sealed: any later edit breaks the seal instead of passing unnoticed.

Every signed document carries its own record: who signed, how they were identified, what they accepted, from which device and at what time. Outside the European Union, where the rules differ, that record is what a court, a counterparty or an auditor actually reads.

Around the signature
The signature is one step of a process you decide
Signing is rarely the only thing that has to happen. There is an identity document to collect, a place the signature has to be made in, a file to attach, data your systems already hold and should not be typed again.
- Add what the document needs. Identity documents, a photo taken on the spot, the location of the signing, files imported from your systems, fields the signer fills in before signing.
- Send the data instead of retyping it. Names, amounts, contract references and anything else your systems already know can reach TrueScreen through the API and land in the document prefilled.
