Certified evidence for proceedings, investigations and IP protection
TrueScreen seals web pages, chats, documents and media at the moment of capture, with digital signature, location and certified timestamp. Lawyers, investigators and in house teams file evidence that survives cross-examination.

Where digital evidence breaks
The weakness is rarely the content. It is how the content was collected, and what can be shown about that.
Electronic evidence is relevant in around 85 per cent of criminal investigations in the EU, and in most of those cases it sits outside the jurisdiction handling the case. Access is only half the problem: the other half is proving that what was obtained is intact.

A screenshot is not evidence
A page saved by hand, a photograph of a screen, a file forwarded by a client: none of them carries a verifiable record of when it was taken, from where, or of what was actually online at that moment.
Online content changes and disappears
A post is edited, an account is deleted, a listing is taken down. What was decisive when the case opened may no longer exist when it is heard.
The other side attacks the method
Admissibility is contested on how the material was acquired. Forensic methodology, chain of custody and a seal applied at capture answer that argument with a record rather than a statement.
Bring proof into legal work
We work with law firms, in house teams and investigators to certify evidence at the moment it is acquired, in a form a court can verify independently.
