1. Download TrueScreen App

Download the app on your smartphone or tablet by clicking here or scanning this QR code.

2. Log in

Open the app. Enter your credentials and tap ‘Log In.’ If it’s your first time, you can sign in using your Apple account, Google account, or simply by entering your email.

3. Record your screen

Tap the central button to start certifying. Select “Record screen”, continue and tap “Start Capture.” After the countdown, exit the app and record the desired content.

Return to the app, tap the red button to stop recording, and select “End Transmission”.

4. Select key frames

Tap on a blank area of the screen to proceed. Check the preview and time code to confirm authenticity. Choose the most significant frames to include in the technical report.

5. Add details and sign

Tap “Continue” and add details to the certification (title, location, signature).

6. Generating the report

Wait a few seconds while TrueScreen gathers the data and generates the forensic report. Review the preview with all the details. If satisfied, tap “Confirm and Send” to complete the certification.

7. Archiving and sharing

After submitting the certification, it will be synced to the cloud and archived. You can find all your certifications in the archive and easily share them via messaging apps, email, or save them to a secure cloud.
