How to certify a file or document in few seconds

1. Download TrueScreen App

Download the app on your smartphone or tablet by clicking here or scanning this QR code.

2. Log in

Open the app. Enter your credentials and tap ‘Log In.’ If it’s your first time, you can sign in using your Apple account, Google account, or simply by entering your email.

3. Import your files

Tap the central button to start certifying. To certify photos and videos from your library, select “Import from Camera Roll” and add multiple items using the “+” button. For other file types like audio, PDFs, documents, or ZIPs, choose “Import from File” and upload one file at a time.

4. Add details and sign

Tap “Continue” and add details to the certification (title, location, signature).

5. Generating the report

Wait a few seconds while TrueScreen gathers the data and generates the forensic report. Review the preview with all the details. If satisfied, tap “Confirm and Send” to complete the certification.

6. Archiving and sharing

After submitting the certification, it will be synced to the cloud and archived. You can find all your certifications in the archive and easily share them via messaging apps, email, or save them to a secure cloud.
